You all may be wondering if I just disappeared or what because I haven’t posted in almost 20 days! I didn’t just vanish off the face of the earth or anything, I’ve just been busy getting ready for college and doing other things. I haven’t really had time to post. So, I figured I’d take the time today to sit down and let everyone know what I’m up to. I start college on Monday! It seems as if the summer has just flown by. I’m taking a total of 6 classes which include:
Human Anatomy and Physiology I
Intro Computer Apps & Concepts
Ethics
Developmental Psychology
Orientation to the Health Professions and…
Principles of Sociology
I completely maxed out my credit hours so I can get done with college as soon as possible. I’m study to be a RN (Registered Nurse). I’m so excited to start school, but also kind of nervous. College is a lot different from high school because when you’re in high school, you know your classmates, but when you go to college you may not know your classmates. I think my biggest struggle I’m going to have in college is not being around my friends because I’m used to seeing them at school everyday (or at least when I actually decide to go).
I also thought I would update you all and let you know that I got my license! Woot! Pretty exciting, but I’m still waiting on a car!
Anyways, I don’t know if I’ll get any responses from this but.. I want to know what you all want to hear from me! I want you all to comment and let me know want you want my opinion on! I will talk about absolutely anything, so comment away!
We all have to take action and save the animals, because we know they can’t save themselves.
I would like to update everyone by letting you all know that I just got a little girl kitty and I named her Luna! I found her at a barn, and I just HAD to have her. I didn’t want her to get hit by a car, get a disease, or anything of the sort. So, I brought her home on Wednesday (not telling my parents) and she adjusted very well! I finally told my parents on Friday and they absolutely LOVE Luna! (That’s a relief, right?)
Crazy enough, I was supposed to be doing a charity/persuasive for my public speaking class (which fit in well). Animal abuse is something that I feel very strongly about. I’ve never encountered animal abuse, but I know if I ever did, something WOULD be done. I cannot even begin to think what goes through someone’s head when they abuse and animal. I really hope that if anyone reads this, and they know of someone who has abused an animal, or abused an animal themselves, that it motivates them to reach out and help animals. When it comes to relationships, should age really matter?
I’d have to say no to that. You all probably don’t know but, my boyfriend and I started dating when I was 14 and he was 17. I’m just about 18 now and he’s 21, and some people think that it’s wrong because it’s a four year difference. Do we care? Certainly not. I really don’t think that there should be an age limit on love. People should be able to love whoever they want, at whatever age they want. Of course when Corey (my boyfriend) and I get older, people aren’t going to say anything just because we’re older. So being older makes it okay to be four years apart? Apparently.. If age really does matter, then is it wrong that my parents are about 7 years apart?
I think that the ONLY time that age should EVER matter, is if it’s a 15 year old, say with a 25/30 year old. That’s obviously a huge age gap, and there’s something definitely wrong with that. I think that a 5-8year age gap is acceptable, OR if the couple is mature enough to make their own decisions.

Diablo 1: Never really played it, I just know the “basics” about it. It goes a little something like this [in my mind]: Diablo is between Heaven and Hell.. Diablo is the Lord of Terror (1/3 of Prime Evils).. Yadda yadda yadda.. Pretty much stuck in a soul stone.. Blah blah blah.. Diablo comes out of his soul stone (duh).. Diablo tries to over power Leoric [fail].. He takes over hell to recharge.. Leoric’s people turn on him and kill him.. Of course Diablo dies.. The end. Yay.
Diablo 2: I played this game a lot, not like addicted or anything, just you know.. Casual play. So. Obviously this game picks up where Diablo 1 left off.. Diablo and Mephisto are dead.. Oh yeah, that’s right, there was a soul stone left over and was given to “Tyrael”, which was given to Baal.. Boo hoo, Baal’s pissed.. He destroys everything pretty much because he wants the freaking worldstone.. The End. I always thought that this game was great. The only thing I felt it was lacking was adequate graphics, better inventory arrangement, wasn’t online, and that’s pretty much it. I really like how it’s set up in acts, it makes it unique.
Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you’ve all been waiting for (and STILL waiting for)…
DIABLO 3, BITCHES! I don’t really know the whole story about Diablo 3, all I know is that.. It happens twenty years after the worldstone was destroyed.. Burning Hells never invaded Sanctuary.. Pretty much the game will revolve around Tyrael and a little bit of Imperius.. The lesser evils have to do with the [failed] invasion of Sanctuary.. and that.. Diablo is BACK!
Now, of course we’ve all been waiting. and waiting, and waiting forever for this game to come out. Well, apparently there was a rumor saying that Blizzard wanted to have it out by the end of this year. Recently on Game Informer, they announced that Blizzard said that they wanted to do some beta testing because the game is looking great. It said that they are expecting the beta between July and September (I’m guessing this year). So we might be able to play D3 sooner than we thought! Some things about D3 I’m looking forward to are: it’s online, pvp, better graphics, a lot more classes to choose from, and the random quests. I can’t wait to play and I hope you can’t either!

Obviously the death penalty is effective in getting it’s job done. But.. Does it REALLY serve justice?
I would have to answer with: No. You may be asking why? Do I think that the person should live and stay in prison? Possibly. I think that the person that committed the crime should be tortured. Why? So that they know what their victims went through. I think that people who have murdered or raped should be kept in prison with no parole.
If the person who murdered or raped were just simply sentenced to the death penalty, it would be too easy. They would be gone. Poof. Nothing to worry about ever again. BUT what if they were to stay in prison for life with no chance of parole? Wouldn’t they have to think about what they did every day of their life? Of course they would, because every day they woke up would be a reminder that they killed that person or raped someone. – Far better punishment than just simply killing the person. Let’s take Casey Anthony for instance, OBVIOUSLY she was guilty (but found innocent), and she’s getting away with it. A lot people say she should be killed, but I think she should be in prison to reflect on killing her daughter.
Anyway, if you all any ideas or thoughts about the death penalty, feel free to comment! (:
1. High maintenance – NO, you do NOT have to have your nails done, your hair done, and the most expensive things in life. Yes, it’s great to look good and whatnot, but don’t go to the extremes. If you do this, you may be considered stuck up.
2.Whine and complain. – No one wants to hear you complain about every little thing, so get over it and don’t post it on Facebook or Twitter because no one cares. Your boyfriend especially doesn’t want to hear it, because it’s simply a turn off.
3.Constantly have to be talking, even if it’s about nothing. – It’s quite simple… Just SHUT UP already.
4.ALWAYS talking to their boyfriend. – You do NOT have to constantly be talking to your boyfriend. Let him BREATHE! Being obsessive and annoying makes him not like you, duh.
5.Braggers. – No one likes a bragger so you don’t need to go and brag about everything you own or have done in your life. Like if you graduate early, live in a 1.2 million dollar house, buy expensive things, or have the most wonderful life because you come off snobby, stuck up, rude and just a plain out bitch.
6.Wears too much make up. – Sure, sometimes you may need to wear a little bit extra to “cover up zits/blemishes” but don’t cake it on. AND don’t wear the most ridiculous eye shadow color/lip stick [gloss] color. AND don’t wear your blush so that it makes you look like a clown. I’m not an expert on makeup, but I know what looks horrible.

The answer to this question is: If we try hard enough, maybe. I was inspired to write about cyber bullying because an anonymous source contacted me and let me know that it may be a good topic. Whoever that person was, thank you. It never even occurred to me that cyber bullying is a big issue with teens and in the media. We don’t take time to actually stop and think about it, but while we’re out having fun at the store, the park, the mall, or where ever we may be, that cyber bullying is going on.
Sending mean or threatening e-mails or text messages to a person.
Spreading rumors online or text messaging them.
Saying hurtful or threatening things on a person’s website or social networking site (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.)
Pretending to be someone you’re not and hurting someone through that.
Taking an inappropriate/unflattering picture or video of someone and posting it to a social network or sending through text messages.
Sending sexual pictures or messages about someone. -Also known as sexting.
So hopefully you get an idea of what cyber bullying is. If you now understand what it is, you may be pondering the reasons why it can be very bad. Cyber bullying like this can really ruin someone’s life. As the saying goes, “Sticks and stones my break my bones but words will never hurt me” -This statement is so very wrong. Of course words hurt. That’s why when you post something mean or hurtful on someone’s Facebook or something of the such, it can really take effect and destroy the person. You may be trying to think of some examples of cyber bullying, well I have experienced cyber bullying myself and an example of it would be: On Facebook, someone created a page for someone I know titling it “We hate -THIS PERSON-” On this page, people pretty much say horrible things about the person and make them sound absolutely horrible. Now, if this person ever found out about it, they would be completely devastated and ruined because it’s a way to ruin someone’s reputation. Some of you all may have heard about the homosexual student (Tyler Clementi) that was secretly being recorded having gay sex and after Tyler found out about this, he jumped off a bridge and committed suicide. This tragedy was completely unnecessary and my heart goes out to his friends and family (and not only his friends and family, but anybody who has experienced cyber bullying). At least the two people who did this to him were arrested, although I feel like they deserve worse.but it doesn’t matter what people being picked on about, people could be called gay, fat, or even a whore, they’re still vulnerable to killing themselves.
I wish there were some statistics about how many people have killed themselves due to cyber bullying, but there’s not, if there were it would probably be unbearable. On the other hand, 42% of kids have been bullied online (that’s almost half!). Something that I found shocking was that 75% of kids say they’ve visited a site where it’s bashing another person. Out of that 75%, I wonder how many of them actually say/do something about it? Probably not many because they assume it’s nothing important. If you know that someone is being harassed, PLEASE tell someone about it. Report it on Facebook, MySpace, YouTube or whatever. Just make SURE that something is done about it so the person being bullied doesn’t turn up dead.
I know that I have been the bully and been bullied before, and just because I’ve been bullied doesn’t mean that I have all the rights in the world to bully. When I’ve bullied before, I’ve done it indirectly thinking that maybe the person will sort of know, but not know what I’m saying. -But it’s still not right. I know that I hurt that person’s feelings, and that it could have had deadly consequences.
All I’m asking is that if you, or someone you know is bullying or being bullied, TAKE ACTION. Don’t just sit there and forget about it. Of course 12 million people can’t be wrong, WoW is the greatest game ever made. I started playing WoW about 3 years ago, and pretty much fell in love. I currently have an 85 Death Knight, 72 Hunter, 61 Druid, 45 Pally, 42 Mage, 32 Shammy, 28 Warlock, and a 22 Rogue. I’d have to say that my favorite character is my druid so I’ve really been spending a lot of time leveling her. I like my death knight and all, it’s just not my character of choice. Here are just a few reasons why one should play WoW:
Variety of quests – And they are awesome.
Being able to do battlegrounds(pvp) and beat the living crap out of someone.
All the areas are different.
Being able to have different skills (professions) such as: alchemy, blacksmithing, cooking, enchanting, engineering, first aid, fishing, herbalism, jewel-crafting, leather-working, mining, tailoring, skinning, and inscription. (A LOT different and better than Rune Scape or anything of the such.)
Having your guild available to help you – and when your guild levels, you get perks (bonuses).
You can level to 85.
When you finally reach level 85, you get to do better dungeons and raids and get WAY better items. (Dungeons are great all the way to 85)
Trial accounts can level to 20.
The Alliance can be: Humans, Gnomes, Draeneis, Dwarves, or Worgens. Horde can be: Trolls, Taurens, Blood Elves, Orcs, or Goblins.
Classes include: Warrior, Paladin, Hunter, Rogue, Priest, Death Knight, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, and Druid.
Awesome looking armor. (sometimes)
You actually do damage unlike some other game I know.. *cough* Rune Scape *cough*
You can fly. (awesome mounts)
You get a talent tree starting at level 10 in which you put points into that help you.
I’d have to say that the only downside to WoW (besides it being addicting) is it’s $15/month price. I think that if Blizzard lowered it to say… About $10/month, then they’d have a lot more customers. I mean, whenever I look around to see what people think about WoW, I always see them complaining about the price. Other than that, WoW is amazing. In general, Blizzard is amazing because even Diablo is awesome. If you haven’t played that, you should definitely try that as well.
